division of Hallmark Cards. Since then he has received 5 recognitions from KCRAR for a
million, or more, dollars in annual personal sales volume through his success in sales
and leasing, especially of shopping centers in the KC metro area and in Topeka, KS.
Wally and his wife, Charlene, live in Olathe, KS, and are the proud parents of 3 sons and
proud grandparents of 10 grandchildren, all of whom reside in the KC Metro area

Victor M. Cascio, nephew of Ross, joined the Victor Ross team in 2006, after 40 years in the
retail grocery and food service business. He was founder of Consolidated Distribution
Center in Kansas City, later sold to Kraft General Foods; President of Sales for Kraft
FoodService; was the primary contributor to the supermarket branded Food Court concept
adopted by companies such as Pizza Hut, KFC, and Bennigan’s, to name a few, which was
sold to ARA Mark for whom Victor served as National Vice President of Sales; and worked
with Affinity Snack Food Company until his retirement from the food service industry.

distinguished member of the 2 Million Dollar Club.

Kent Rogers has been in real estate since 2002, and a member of the Victor Ross & Co.
team since 2006 as an investment sales specialist focused on achieving maximum returns
for his clients through the acquisition or disposition of real estate assets.
Prior to his entrance into real estate, Kent had a successful career in the hospitality industry
where his responsibilities included developing budgets and forecasts of revenues and costs
to produce profits for the investors, and maintaining the physical property and protecting and
improving the value of the asset.
Kent has a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Purdue University.
He is a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation as a
recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. As an active
member of the Kansas City CCIM Chapter, Kent serves on the Education Committee and the
Programs Committee. He is a licensed real estate sales person in both Missouri and
Kansas, a member of the national Association of Realtors, the Kansas Association of
Realtors, the Missouri Association of Realtors, and the Kansas City Regional Association of
Realtors.
