commercial real estate needs for over 56 years .
Joined in 1972 by his son,Victor G. Cascio, the company can proudly boast of both father and son having
served as President of the local Kansas City Board of Realtors, and, the awarding of Realtor Emeritus to
Ross for his 50+ years of real estate service; just a few of the highlights of their numerous contributions in
real estate and to the community at large.
With Victor G., now Broker/President, this remarkable father and son team continue to work together to lead
their experienced agents in providing their steadfast company traditions of Integrity, Service, & Excellence in
the sale and leasing of commercial, retail, office and industrial properties.
After graduating from Holy Cross Catholic School in 1965, De LaSalle high School in 1969 and University of
Missouri at Kansas City (UMKC) with a Bachelors Degree in Economics in 1973, I began my real estate
career with Victor Ross & Co., Realtors, a family owned firm that today is 55 years old. I began in
residential sales until 1976 and was three times in the Million Dollar Sales Club for Residential Real Estate,
thus earning a Life Membership from the Missouri Association of Realtors (M.A.R.).
In 1976 I became involved strictly in the sale and lease of commercial real estate and in 1977 was
honored to be selected as REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE OF THE YEAR ( COMMERCIAL) by the Real Estate
Board of Kansas City, Missouri. I was also honored to be selected as a Director of the Missouri Association
of Realtors and at that time was the youngest State Director selected by the Kansas City Board. As a
State Director I was vice Chairman of the Political Affairs Committee. I have also been active during my
real estate career on the local Board Level, having served as a member of the Grievance Committee for
the Real Estate Board of Kansas city, Missouri and a member of the Awards Banquet Committee and
Chairman of the Metropolitan Kansas City Board of Realtors Installation of Officers and Christmas
Banquets for 1985 and 196, and a member of the Boards Legislative Affairs Committee. I chaired the
continuing Education Committee in 1987 and was a member of the Boards Standard forms Committee in
1987 and am active in the local boards participation with regards to the Capitol Conference in Jefferson
I am currently married to my wife of 36 years, Santa Marie Cascio and we are the proud parents of two
children: Ross J. Cascio II, and Claire Michele Casco.
In 1952, Ross entered the Real Estate Business as a Broker, forming Victor Ross & Co., Realtors, as it
continues today, a Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Company specializing in Leasing, Sales and
Development in the states of Missouri and Kansas.
In 1965, was elected to the Board as a Director of the Central Bank of Kansas City of which he continuously
serves. Later he was elected to the position of Executive Vice President of the Bank.
Ross was elected President of the Real Estate Board of Kansas City in 1979 and served as Chairman of the
Board in 1980 and was also named Realtor of the year in 1980.

Don joined the Victor Ross & Co. Team in December of 1986. Over the years Don has successfully assisted
buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants with their commercial real estate needs.
Kansas & Missouri
Wally joined Victor Ross & Co. in 2001 after an early retirement from the retail real estate division of
Hallmark Cards. Since then he has received 5 recognitions from KCRAR for a million, or more, dollars in
annual personal sales volume through his success in sales and leasing, especially of shopping centers in
the KC metro area and in Topeka, KS.
Wally and his wife, Charlene, live in Olathe, KS, and are the proud parents of 3 sons and proud
grandparents of 10 grandchildren, all of whom reside in the KC Metro area.
Missouri and Kansas
Kent Rogers has been in real estate since 2002, and a member of the Victor Ross & Co. team since 2006
as an investment sales specialist focused on achieving maximum returns for his clients through the
acquisition or disposition of real estate assets.
Prior to his entrance into real estate, Kent had a successful career in the hospitality industry where his
responsibilities included developing budgets and forecasts of revenues and costs to produce profits for the
investors, and maintaining the physical property and protecting and improving the value of the asset.
Kent has a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Purdue University. He is a
candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation as a recognized expert in
the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. As an active member of the Kansas City CCIM
Chapter, Kent serves on the Education Committee and the Programs Committee. He is a licensed real
estate sales person in both Missouri and Kansas, a member of the national Association of Realtors, the
Kansas Association of Realtors, the Missouri Association of Realtors, the Kansas City Regional Association
of Realtors, and the Hotel & Lodging Association of Greater Kansas City.
